My family moved from Texas after receiving a job transfer to Oklahoma City. As a parent of a middle school aged child, education was our top most priority when selecting a place to live. After researching schools in the Oklahoma City and Edmond area, we decided on the highly acclaimed Deer Creek School District, located in the city of Edmond. After researching the internet for rental properties in the Deer Creek School District, I came across the Borah’s website for their rental property on Pleasant Ridge Court. The website included pictures of the inside and outside of the home, as well as contact information, and the user friendly site made the application process so very easy and convenient.
Upon arriving to Edmond, I was so very happy with the house. The pictures and description of the home was exactly how the website depicted it. The neighborhood was very nice, well maintained, and the neighbors were friendly and made you feel very welcome. The move in and move out process went smoothly and any requests for repairs were immediately taken care of to our satisfaction. Our security deposit including our pet deposit was returned to us in full in a most timely manner. My family and I felt very comfortable and safe, and I would highly recommend this home and any property owned by Brock and Barbara Borah to my friends, relatives and co-workers. The Borahs really do take pride in their homes and go the extra mile to make tenants happy!

We moved to Caldwell, Idaho from San Diego, CA in 2004 into a home we had never seen except in pictures. Recommended to us by a local realtor, the house was owned by Brock and Barbara Borah.
I can say, without hesitation, that the Borah's were exceptional landlords. They responded immediately if we had an issue with the house and all matters were taken care of promptly. Their follow-through was incredible. Even if there wasn’t a problem they would call us about every three or four months just to make sure we were happy and everything was OK.
To all prospective tenants of a Borah-owned property if you live up to your responsibilities and take care of the property as agreed, you couldn’t ask for better landlords than Brock and Barbara. They take pride in their homes and value good tenants.

I met Brock and Barbara Borah two years ago when my wife and I were looking for a home in the mountains. We came across an advertisement that described a charming place in Pine Mountain Club, CA. The ad had great pictures and was very descriptive. The owners of the property of course were the Borah's. When we saw the property in person it was just like the ad depicted. There were no negative surprises, in fact there were quite a few positive surprises. In addition, the property was immaculate. The rental process was very easy yet thorough. This was because the Borah's take pride in their properties, are experienced in renting their properties and really care about the people they rent to. If you rent a property from Brock and Barbara and adhere to your end of the rental agreement you will for sure get your monies worth. They live up to their end of the agreement 110%. I would rent or lease from the Borah's again and I would recommend them to my closest friends and family.

I had a great experience renting from the Borahs. They were attentive, thorough and respectful. They were completely organized with their management style, and I was always able to reach them when necessary. I really liked the fact that the home was inspected regularly and any repairs were performed quickly. I had to relocate for my job, or I'd still be there.

Brock and Barbara Borah were our landlords in Idaho. At first, we were concerned that they were so far away, but when we realized how easy it was to communicate with them, our fears disappeared. They had local contacts in case anything urgent happened and a repair company whose response time was very good. We really enjoyed the fact that we could go online and pay our rent from our home computer. When it was time to say goodbye and purchase our own home, the Borahs were very cooperative with our lender inquiries.

Linda and I wish to thank you for the opportunity we had to enjoy your PMC property.
I wish to particularly point out that it was a place of serenity for us. The natural beauty and quiet of the mountain retreat was enhanced with the addition of the double pain windows which when closed completely eliminated outside noises. The pellet stove fireplace was beautiful, efficient, cost effective and easy to operate. We spent many a cozy night enjoying the full flames and warm that it produces.
There was plenty of room for friends and family visitor parking all of it right at our immediate front door.
Our guest had a separate bedroom right across the hallway from their own bathroom with tub and shower. The sink and fixtures for both bathrooms have granite counter tops and high end facet fixtures which added a taste of luxury that we liked.
At night, the mountain sky has a brilliant star display of the Milky Way. The temperature up at Pine Mountain was very comfortable and normally 10 to 15 degrees cooler that our home in Thousand Oaks. The evening cooled down very quickly with the sun going down and the higher elevation.
We particularly liked the long winter season for the cooler temperatures and coziness of a fireplace. The pellet stove warmed the whole house easily and the pellet consumption was only a bag full for the coldest days.
Anyway, we miss it already and hope the next tenants enjoy the place as much as we did.
