HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION(S)
Method 1: The fastest way for us to consider your application is for you to:
1. Fill out an “Onscreen Application” on your computer screen
2. Save the filled out application to your computer desktop.
3. Do the same for each adult who will occupy the house and save it with a DIFFERENT name to your computer desktop.
4. Email all of those filled out “Onscreen Applications” to rentals@borah.net.
5. Print out all of those applications, sign them and snail mail them to:

Method 2: The next fastest way for us to consider your application is for you to:
1. Download the “Write-On Application” for each adult who will occupy the house.
2. Fill out a separate “Write-On Application” for each adult who will occupy the house.
3. Scan those filled out applications back into your computer and email them to rentals@borah.net.

3. Fax those filled out applications to 1-818-396-1512
4. Snail mail all of those applications to:

Method 3: The slowest way for us to consider your application is for you to:
1. Download the “Write-On Application” for each adult who will occupy the house.
2. Fill out a separate “Write-On Application” for each adult who will occupy the house.
3. Snail mail all of those applications to:

NOTE:
1) If you use an “Onscreen Application” you MUST email us a copy of the saved "fillable" PDF file or we will not be able to read all of the information you have filled in!
2) For legal reasons, no matter which method you use, we will need a snail mailed copy of each application with an ink signature.
3) Make sure that all documentation mentioned on the last page of the application accompanies each application!
